2026年11月4日新製品 ONESTRUCTION Inc. (Tottori; CEO 西岡大穂), an openBIM and construction-AI startup, announced on 2026-11-04 that it began providing API access to 'Ishigaki-AEC', its Japanese construction-domain AI model additionally trained on Japanese public-works standard specifications and laws, to companies entering METI/NEDO's GENIAC-PRIZE prize programme. The API is OpenAI-compatible with per-company keys, free within the GENIAC-PRIZE period, and runs on SAKURA internet's 'Koukaryoku VRT' GPU cloud (NVIDIA H100) provided in cooperation with SAKURA internet. The open version Ishigaki-AEC-9B (CC BY 4.0, on Hugging Face) scored 56.07% on an internal 981-question standard-specification benchmark vs 43.32% for its base model.
